- Usage Data: How you interact with our Services, features used, and time spent
- Location Information: General location data to display correct time zones (with your permission)
1.3 Photos and Media
With your permission, we access your device's photo library to allow you to upload profile pictures for students/players. We only access photos you explicitly select to upload.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Track and display practice statistics and progress
- Provide leaderboards and comparative statistics by grade level and school
- Send notifications about app updates and features (with your permission)
- Improve and optimize our Services

Student/player names and practice statistics may be visible to other users through leaderboard features. This allows participants to see rankings by grade level and school. No contact information is shared through these features.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information, including:
- Secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission
- Encrypted storage of sensitive credentials
- Secure authentication through Clerk
- Firebase security rules to protect data access
However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our Services are designed for use by parents, coaches, and guardians to track youth sports activities. All student/player information is entered and managed by adult account holders (parents, coaches, or guardians).
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without proper consent, please contact us immediately so we can delete the information.
